Both sides of the work share the same operating principle: do less, better. On the crane side that means lift plans you could hand a regulator, signallers who’ve been on enough sites to read a deck without a radio, and a refusal to run a piece outside its load chart no matter what the schedule says. On the building side it means a project at a time, named subs you’ll meet in person, and a quote that itemizes what’s in and what’s out before anyone signs.
